About Us

We began importing Bolzico Beef after a trip to Argentina in 2016. We realised that the beef there was unmatched and were frustrated that we couldn’t get good-quality grass-fed steaks in the Philippines. So we decided to bring in small test imports for ourselves and our friends. Soon enough, everyone wanted a piece, and eventually, restaurants became interested in carrying us on their menu. We were a retailer first, then a wholesale supplier, and eventually, through our Social Media presence, reach and content expertise, we created a consumer-facing brand. Bolzico Beef, the Better Beef, was born.


Our Branches

The next step was to open our own spaces. We currently have two Chingolo Deli Restaurants - one in Makati and the other in Alabang.

📍MOLITO, ALABANG

We bring the full Chingolo experience to the South! Whether you're stocking up on Bolzico Beef, savouring our fresh empanadas, or dining in, Chingolo Molito has something for everyone.

Al Fresco: 50-55 pax
Private Dining Room: 18 pax

First Floor: A deli shop offering premium steaks, deli items, local products, and freshly made empanadas.

Second Floor: A spacious restaurant with a total of 140-145 seating capacity. We have an alfresco dining area, a full cocktail bar, and a private dining room perfect for special occasions.

Our Menu highlights the beautiful beef we import ourselves. We are probably one of the only steakhouses in Manila that imports their beef supply.

This allows us to have some of the best-value premium beef on the market.

Sides, salads and other dishes are all there to highlight the beef and our approach to food. It's always fresh, fine-tuned, and comforting.
