What if I want to have my orders picked up and not delivered?

  • You can leave a note before checking out or you can simply choose and click the Chingolo Deli store pick up button prior to check out as your shipping method.

    When can I get my orders?

    • Orders for pick up is from Monday to Sunday between 10am and 5pm.
    • Delivery service is from Monday to Sunday. Please note that here is no specific time of delivery arrival. Please be present to receive the order or have someone else to receive if needed. Just let us know in advance if this is the case.
    • Same Day Delivery cut-off is at 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be scheduled for delivery the next day.

    What areas do you offer your delivery service and their rates?

    •  Makati and BGC is at a flat rate of ₱95.00
    •  Novaliches / Quezon City / Marikina ₱260.00
    •  Las Pinas / Paranaque / Alabang / Muntinlupa ₱210.00
    •  Pasay / Taguig / Pasig / Mandaluyong / San Juan ₱180.00
    •  Manila (except Camanava) ₱180.00

      How can I pay online?

      • You can pay via Credit/Debit Card & PayMaya Wallet

      Can the items be exchanged?

      • We are open to exchange items that are unopened and in its frozen state within 5 days from receiving your item. Since this is a perishable product, we would appreciate if these will be stored in the freezer to avoid spoilage. Just coordinate your concern by contacting our store directly through 09176202443.

      Can I request for refund?

      • We can only offer an exchange of the item/s you ordered given that the packaging is not damaged or opened. Since this is a perishable product, we would appreciate if these will be stored in the freezer to avoid spoilage. Just coordinate your concern by contacting our store directly through 09176202443.
      What if I want to order cooked items that are not listed on the website?
      • Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery of cooked food for quality concern issues. However, you can still order by calling our store at 09176202443. Cooked food orders are available for pick up by the client or through your booked courier.

        I haven't received an email confirmation of my order

        • Kindly check your junk or spam mail. If it's not there, please contact our store at 09176202443 and we will resend it for you

          What to expect after placing my order?

          • • You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once we dispatch your order, our service team will contact you through a text message to notify you that your order is out for delivery.
            • Bring your order confirmation sheet or present the order number when picking up orders from our deli
