Established in 2018 and the feedback of the local dining scene has been fantastic, which is why we put up Chingolo, a deli where you can both buy cuts for your home, or taste them in our kitchen.

Bolzico Beef is significantly lower in cost compared to grain-fed counterparts. And we never put chemicals on our beef because it is bad for the animals, bad for our health, and bad for the planet.

We can assure you that we produce and provide you with delicious meat and raised as nature intended on green pasture, eating 100% grass, and with no hormones whats-so-ever.

Argentinian Meat

We source our meat from only the finest farmers in Argentina, ages them for 21 days, before having them shipped straight to the Philippines for all of you to enjoy.

Our Cattle receive kind and respectful treatment at the hands of humans and that means they are all living their best life moving around in acres of land for 36 months. And in exchange they give you only the healthiest and great tasting meat and Omega 3.
